With over 20 Microsoft certifications under his belt, he has developed a highly competent team that has become leaders in EOS, is SOC2 compliant, and is committed to creating the best customer service experience possible.
As a father of 3, Sunny takes time to invest in other activities, such as playing flying airplanes, playing guitar, singing, and building things with his kids and grandkids. He has been married for over 35 years to his sweetheart Rosanna, and together they are a force to be reckoned with.
